(Adds analyst's comment in third paragraph.) SAN FRANCISCO -(Dow Jones)- A court has ruled satellite TV provider Dish Network Corp. (DISH) customers can keep using their digital video recorders despite a recent setback in the company's long-running patent tussle with Tivo Inc. (TIVO), Dish said.
