July 2 (Bloomberg) -- Dish Network Corp. said an appeals court will allow customers with its digital-video recorders to continue using the service while the company challenges a patent ruling won by TiVo Inc.

SAN FRANCISCO -(Dow Jones)- A court has ruled satellite TV provider Dish Network Corp. (DISH) customers can keep using their digital video recorders despite a recent setback in the company's long-running patent tussle with Tivo Inc. (TIVO), Dish said.
